The Ministry of the Interior has created the website www.anpr.interno.it (hereinafter ‘the Site’) to make available for access and consultation the National The Register of Resident Population (ANPR) and related services available, in accordance with the law.
Content licence
In application of the open-by-default principle pursuant to Article 52 of Legislative Decree No. 82 of 7 March 2005 (CAD) and except where otherwise specified (including third-party embedded content), the data, documents and information published on the Site are released under licence cC-BY 4.0 .
Users are therefore free to share (reproduce, distribute, communicate to the public, publicly display, represent, perform and play this material in any medium and format) and modify (transform the material and use it for derivative works) it for any purpose, including commercial purposes with the sole burden of attribution, without additional restrictions.
In this case, by way of example, the following text could be placed nearby: ‘Contents …. [text, image, graphic, …] released under licence cC-BY attribution Ministry of the Interior’ with the indication of the source address.
The data published in the “Numbers” section are made available under licence cC01.0 .This means that they are dedicated to the public domain and freely copyable, modifiable, distributable and usable with no need to request any permission. Although not required, a reference to the source of the data in case of re-use is appreciated.
